Surgical thread spool winder
The system designed and implemented by DISEA PROJECT realizes the winding of surgical thread on small spools in a fully automatic way.
The system involves taking the spool from a bulk container, inserting the wire end into an appropriate anchor hole on the spool, winding the wire onto the spool, cutting it to the desired length, and depositing the spool into a bulk container.

Minimum and maximum diameter of wire processable without type change: 0.15mm (min) 0.6mm max.
Productivity: 4 spools /minute
