The patent covers an integrated system developed by Disea Project S.r.l., which is a complete industrial solution with a high innovative content for processing low-density polyethylene films for the agricultural sector and for their packaging.

The plant is designed as a single, fully automated line, capable of continuous and coordinated integration of all stages of the production process, including: film unwinding, extrusion and cooling of side and center reinforcement strips, accumulation, punching, folding, rolling or rewinding, and final packaging.

This configuration enables constant and synchronized control of key process parameters such as film tension, speed and temperature, eliminating the critical issues typical of traditional systems based on separate processing.

Compared to the known technique, the system allows a significant increase in production speed, overcoming the limits historically imposed by folding and punching operations, and enables the processing of films wider than 3.5 meters, even with thick reinforcing bands. The line is capable of achieving a throughput of up to 30 meters per minute of plastic film.

The adoption of advanced solutions, such as air-cooling systems, intelligent accumulators and motorized rollers, enables a significant reduction in scrap, downtime and wear and tear on mechanical components.

The result is a reliable, flexible and high-performance production line designed to ensure consistent end-product quality, reduced operating costs and maximum production continuity, effectively meeting the needs of the modern agricultural filming industry.
