Tomato crushing and dosing system
The tomato crushing and dosing system realizes, fully automatically, the crushing and dosing of tomatoes on food dough bases such as buns and pizzas.
The system has a hopper into which to dump the tomatoes bulk at the outlet of which the crushed product can be sorted to two or more metering systems by weight, operating in parallel.
